About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Microsoft 365 Sales Lead to drive sales, develop business opportunities, and provide expert guidance to customers on Microsoft 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 products, excellent sales skills, and the ability to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Microsoft 365 solutions to businesses.
• Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships to drive sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and recommend suitable Microsoft 365 plans and services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and post-sales support.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 updates, licensing models, and industry trends.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 sales or IT solution sales.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with business clients.
• Experience with Microsoft licensing models and subscription plans is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Experience in IT services or cloud computing sales is an advantage.
